Uses of Personal Information
We use information relevant to our business relationship to:
- Respond to questions and service inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate property access.
- Prepare estimates and communicate about requested work.
- Maintain service records and process invoices.
- Address warranty inquiries, complaints, and billing questions.
- Operate, maintain, and protect our website and business systems.
- Meet applicable legal, accounting, and recordkeeping requirements.
- Send promotional communications where permitted and subject to applicable consent requirements.
Providing contact details for a service request does not, by itself, constitute consent to every form of marketing. Submitting a form also does not authorize work until you accept an estimate or service agreement—see our Terms and Conditions.
Service Providers
Where necessary, we may disclose relevant information to providers that support business functions, such as website hosting, email delivery, appointment management, payment processing, bookkeeping, and technical support.
For example, a scheduling provider may need your contact information and service address to coordinate an appointment for services such as drain cleaning, water heater repair, or emergency plumbing response.
The providers used and the information disclosed depend on the systems involved. Their handling of information may also be subject to their own privacy notices and applicable contractual obligations.
Service Coordination
Information may be shared with personnel or authorized service partners who need it to assess, schedule, perform, or follow up on your requested work.
Where you authorize coordination with a landlord, property manager, insurer, or another representative, we may share information relevant to that coordination.
Legal and Business Purposes
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, address fraud or security concerns, or establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
If the business undergoes a merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets, relevant records may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Advertising and Data-Sale Disclosures
Any sale of personal information, disclosure for targeted advertising, or use of advertising technologies must be accurately described in the published policy, together with any legally required choices.
Publication requirement: Confirm these practices before relying on this section. Do not state that the business “does not sell or share personal information” without checking advertising pixels, analytics settings, and vendor arrangements.
